Lily {arrived!} | Raleigh Newborn Photographer

Today, I was so lucky to meet Erica and her beautiful baby girl, Lily!

At 14 days old, there is always the worry that we won’t be able to get those sleepy shots everyone loves and expects.
After figuring out that as long as she was being held, she’d sleep and sleep and sleep – we bagged the standard “sleep on blankets” photos
and quite honestly, snapped some of the most beautiful frames my lens has seen =)

Thanks Erica for being willing to try anything with me!

We did get about 10 minutes of my traditional shots in and I LOVED the hat Erica brought to use!

 I LOVE this shot of Lily sleeping in Erica’s hands!

 

But the WOW shots came with just some simple snuggles between a gorgeous Momma and her beautiful baby girl!
