Well, Okay – what’s a blog post without some pics =)

Here is what’s next to be blogged after our break!

Many months ago, you could hear a pin drop over the wires when Jenny called me after her first ultrasound and said
“there are three babies”

Those words still give me goosebumps.

I can’t even begin to imagine the task of raising triplets.  
but add in triplets who were born at 28 weeks.
Triplets who spent 10 weeks in the NICU.
Triplets who defied the odds and were all discharged home – ON THE SAME DAY!!!

I know one thing is certain.
My friends Jenny & Rob are the perfect people to handle this.
They are doing amazing. 
The babies are thriving
(all on breast milk, I might add (You totally rock Jenny!!))
and being cloth diapered!!!

I couldn’t wait until it was finally safe for me to meet them….
between flu season and me being an ER nurse it took a while =(
But finally at the end of March, my turn had arrived!

So without further delay – meet the Triplets who stole my heart.
Formerly known as PB&J

Meet Eleanor who was so snugly with me and the most curious about what all the picture taking was about:
 

Then there is Toby who is clearly going to be a lady’s man – CHECK OUT THOSE LASHES!!!! I die. 

And finally sweet Callista with her gorgeous ginger hair…
She doesn’t look like a ninja here, but you’d be surprised at the antics this little girl has been up to in her short life…
What with the disappearing and returning act she pulled in utero and all!

and now I think it’s safe to say…. my favorite family shot ever =)

 For those of you who have donated to my walk for the March of Dimes,
I cannot say thank you enough!
I am walking both as a nurse, as a woman who would love to be a Mother and most importantly;
in honor of Jenny and her amazing family.

The walk is in 8 short days and I am still just shy of my goal.
If you feel so inclined – I would love the boost to hit the mark!
Your donation will help make it possible for more babies, like these kiddos
to come home safe, healthy and happy babies!

 If you are already on our schedule and expecing a baby – your email/call will be returned during our closing.
All other emails/calls will be returned in the order received starting on 01/04/11.

I could not believe how big the twins had gotten and that it has already been 6 months since I photographed their {arrived!} session! 

Big Sister Olivia was just as grown up as can be! 
Talking, exploring – helping me with getting the baby’s attention…

I also had a feeling that they were the perfect models to debut my new Painted Peacock Original Prop! 
I think it was good intuition =)

Mia was first up!

  then sweet Morgan had to be aroused from her cat nap for her turn, but you’d never know it! 
 

and of course, one of them together.  This is just to me, just the cutest thing EVER!!!

Regardless of all the reasons that life gets in the way – I am so happy to finally share these images of this gorgeous family with you! 
I think things happen for a reason and this evening was a perfect night – not too hot, not too cool – beautiful light… It is as if it was always meant to be this night =)

We had a beautiful evening and spent it galavanting around, laughing and sharing stories. 
Jenni’s Mom and brother came along and it was overall just a really fun couple of hours. 

I can’t wait to share the images of their sweet little boy when he arrives in the next couple of weeks!

Jenni is even glowing in black and white!

Ashley and I have been planning this session for a long while, so it was wonderful to finally meet her and her gorgeous family!  We had a great morning that was filled with lots of laughter, running, spinning, kissing and ended with a WHOLE lot of MUD!!!  Thanks so much for choosing me to capture these memories for you!!!

Of course we had to include the holiday hats =)
