I love warm evening light and this session was filled with that and such a fun family!
Braxton is the happiest kiddo and totally on the move!
With kiddo’s like that, it’s all about the quick moments – a snuggle, a smile or a laugh.
I love finding these mere second and capturing them for a lifetime!
He also happens to have the sweetest parents who were naturals in front of the camera!
Talk about a sweet baby girl!!! My gosh, if I didn’t already ADORE babies,
I would be off the rocker CERTIFIABLE crazy for them now!
Tessa was so sweet for me during our session and we had such gorgeous light just wafting in over her!
She has the longest eyelashes!
Her Momma & Daddy are Hokies so we had to show some school spirit!

I have been fortunate to spend much of my time this summer with so many amazing families
and this family is right up there at the top of my list!
Spending time with them is hardly work and brings me so much joy!
I mean really? How could this face not make you happy?
and the “faux-hawk”… I could die of sweetness =)
This picture was not set up, in fact while shooting the family, both the dogs came over with their toys and positioned themselves this way.
Looking back, I could not be happier that this happened as since our session sweet Jersey (on the right) has crossed over Rainbow’s Bridge.

A few months ago I was lucky enough to photograph this absolutely stunning couple as they awaited the {arrival!} of their first baby – a BOY =)
I know what you must be thinking… Yea, I’d kill to look like Allison too =)
She is as gorgeous a girl on the inside as she is on the outside and Steven just adores her!!!
Of course as exciting as their maternity session was, the newborn session is really what “it’s all about!”
Cruz was so sweet during his session and was happy as a clam as long as he was wrapped up =)

Sometimes, even with my Baby Planners it seems as though too much time goes by before I get to see them again in between sessions
and this is certainly the case with the N Family =)
Earlier this year I photographed Palmer’s {arrived!} session and was thrilled to be back for this 4 month {growing up!} session!
I adore the time I spend with this family and am so blessed to have them as clients friends!
Palmer is just as absolutely sweet as can be and even though the session was mostly about him,
I love capturing at least a few with the whole family!!
Watching him as he begins to change over his first year has been a blessing for me
Cannot wait to see you again in November =)
